Sophia Fleming LCSW LICSW SEP
You don’t have to continue to struggle alone.
Mental Health Counselor, Online in Tucson and throughout AZ, MA, OR, and CT.
You have tried so hard to feel better, be better, and do better - but still haven’t found the results you desire.
Despite your efforts to “fix” it all, you continue to find yourself in a similar place, experiencing the same dynamics, hurts, and frustrations. You are so tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and exhausted..
This is because we really aren’t meant to do it alone.
I am dedicated to helping people just like you!
You are looking for a therapist that knows how to help.
I get it. You don’t just want to talk. You are a deeper thinker who wants to understand, learn, and grow.
In our sessions, I show up as my whole human self, so you can feel comfortable doing the same. I want to build a real relationship with you, where you can share your story and struggles. We are both humans. I just happen to be a human who has a lot of experience (both personally and professionally) and a lot of training so I can help, teach, guide, and support you.
I am here to guide you toward growth, healing, and a sense of true freedom.
I am committed to seeing you get to a happier place.
I work with clients who are professionals, people who have successful careers and some have families. It can be difficult to find time for you! This is why I offer online sessions where scheduling is more flexible and we can meet from the comfort of your own home or office. I also hold non-traditional work hours, offering some evening and weekend availability.
My work is as important to me as your work is to you.
You often find yourself thinking…
“If I just do more of…”, “If I can just stop doing…”, or “I just need to let it go”...
Going to therapy has been in the back of your mind on and off for sometime. You have been hesitant to follow through because you feel that you should be able to handle it. You’ve found every excuse in the book to not go and the idea of being vulnerable with a stranger feels unfathomable. I understand that vulnerability is hard, REALLY hard.
Today, you are realizing that you can’t do it alone.
If this is speaking to you… I am excited to meet you and watch your journey unfold!
Taking that leap with me means I’m right there beside you. I’ll meet you where you are, sit with you in the discomfort, explore new insights together, and help you create new pathways toward the life you desire.
Trust me, I really do get it. I believe these things are possible for you too.
I’m here to support you with a great deal of care, along with the knowledge and intuition I’ve developed over the years. I am patient and will let you lead the way so we can work at a pace that is manageable for you. I encourage you to be honest with me, and I will do the same. I am committed to giving you the support you need and seeing you grow.

I have been there too. I know the feeling of “stuck” and overwhelmed. I know what it’s like to feel lost. I know what grief is, soul-aching grief. I know how painful relationships can be. I also know what healing, clarity, and peace feel like. I now know what feeling valued in a relationship is.
Therapy with me is…
Safe, secure, non-judgmental, and human to human.
An integrative approach, looking at the whole self – mind, body, spirit.
Learning, growing, healing…
I feel honored to be a part of your journey and I am committed to truly helping you.
Challenging and reflective—in a supportive way.
Therapy with me is not…
Awkward, stuffy, judgmental, or lacking compassion.
Quick fixes or “band-aids”.
Repetitive venting sessions.
Careless and absent. My clients aren’t numbers.
Non-confrontive, passive, or shallow.

Why Integrative Healing?
Integration is essential in transformation. When we are willing to go deeper, we will begin to experience an integration of new understanding, new meaning, new reactions, and new experiences.
For true healing - deep healing - the body, mind, and spirit must be given attention. They are all connected. Integrating the body, the mind, and the spirit in therapy and throughout our healing journey will lead us to who we are and who we are meant to be.
